Within 24 hours of subscribing, you'll receive an onboarding email to connect your Riot account, choose your primary agent, and complete a short skill survey. Your assigned coach will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your first session or request your first VOD.
Sessions are conducted over your preferred voice platform. You screen-share your gameplay while your coach guides you in real time — covering positioning, agent mechanics, map awareness, and decision-making. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is recorded for you to review later.
Yes. During onboarding you select your preferred role (Duelist, Controller, Initiator, Sentinel, or IGL). We match you with a coach who specialises in that role. If the match isn't a good fit, you can request a new coach at any time, no questions asked.
Submit your replay link through the subscriber portal. Your coach records a narrated screen-capture review with timestamped notes (e.g., "2:34 — your crosshair placement here costs you every duel"). You receive the video and a written summary within 48 hours.
Yes — cancel anytime by emailing support@okaybox.app or messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You keep full access to all coaching resources and your coach through the end of your current paid period. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
All payments are securely processed with PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest payment security standard. We never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted with TLS.
We offer a full refund on your first payment if no coaching services have been delivered (no VOD reviews completed, no sessions scheduled). Requests must be made within 14 days of your first charge. Email support@okaybox.app with your order ID.

OkayBox ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Account data: Your name, email address, and Riot Games username for coaching matching.
Payment data: Billing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers or CVVs — only a secure token reference is retained.
Coaching data: Session recordings, VOD review notes, and skill assessments, used solely to improve your coaching experience.
Usage data: Pages visited, subscription tier, and browser/device type for analytics and fraud prevention.
Cookies: Essential session cookies and optional analytics cookies. You may opt out via our cookie banner.
2. How We Use Your Data
To manage and fulfill your coaching subscription.
To match you with an appropriate coach and schedule sessions.
To send transactional emails (receipts, session reminders, review delivery).
To detect fraud and maintain account security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our payment processor and analytics providers under data processing agreements. Coach-facing data (your Riot username and gameplay notes) is shared only with your assigned coach. All partners are GDPR-compliant.
4. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@okaybox.app. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion. Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Session recordings are deleted after 90 days unless you request otherwise.

By subscribing to OkayBox, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
OkayBox is an independent gaming coaching service offering subscription-based access to professional Valorant coaches for VOD reviews, live coaching sessions, and educational resources. OkayBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older. Users under 18 require parental consent.
You must have a valid Riot Games account for coaching purposes.
You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise OkayBox to charge your payment method at each renewal. Prices may change with 30 days' advance written notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit coaching content. One account per subscriber. Abuse of coaches, harassment of community members, or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All coaching content, VOD review recordings, guides, and course materials created by OkayBox are our intellectual property. Valorant and all related game assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc. OkayBox makes no claim to Riot Games' intellectual property.
6. Service Availability
We aim to fulfill all coaching sessions and VOD reviews within the timeframes stated. In the event of coach unavailability, we will reschedule at no charge or provide a session credit.
7. Limitation of Liability
OkayBox is not liable for rank outcomes, loss of accounts, or any consequences arising from applying coaching advice. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Refund Policy

We stand behind our coaching. Here are our refund terms.
1. New Subscriber Guarantee
If this is your first OkayBox payment and no coaching services have been delivered (no VOD reviews completed, no sessions attended), you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge date.
2. Recurring Charges
All renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop future charges. You retain full access through the end of your paid period.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Request made within 14 days of first payment.
No VOD reviews delivered and no coaching sessions attended or scheduled.
One refund per customer lifetime.
Accounts terminated for abuse are not eligible.
4. Service Failure Refunds
If we fail to deliver a promised coaching session within 14 days of the scheduled date through no fault of your own, we will issue a session credit or, at your request, a pro-rata refund for that missed session.
5. How to Request
Email support@okaybox.app or message us on WhatsApp with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order ID and the email used to subscribe. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in permanent account suspension. Please reach out before disputing — we resolve issues quickly and fairly.

2. What Happens After Cancellation
Your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing period.
You retain full access to coaching sessions, VOD reviews, and all resources until the end of your paid period.
No further charges will be made to your payment method.
3. Resubscribing
You may resubscribe at any time by selecting a new plan on our website. Your previous coaching data and progress will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
